What is Mesoderm Lipolysis?

Lipolysis is a treatment of choice in non-invasive aesthetic medicine used in the treatment of localized fat deposits. As with liposuction, this treatment is not used to treat general obesity, but it has proved to be excellent in solving the stubborn fat deposits that survive in addition to reduced nutrition and regular physical activity. Unlike liposuction which is invasive and requires a period of recovery after surgery, after lipolysis you immediately return to your daily activites.
How does melting of fat deposits occur?
The treated region is injected with a phosphatidylcholine lipolytic cocktail. Phosphatidylcholine are a group of chemical compounds that are naturally found in our organism, in the cell membrane. They have the ability to attach a large amount of water for themselves, providing the moisture of the skin. By injecting lipolytic cocktails, considerably higher concentrations of phosphatidylcholine are introduced, which will also attract a much larger amount of water. The water will then exert pressure on the fatty tissue cells, also it will allow spraying the cell membranes and pour their contents (fat) into the surrounding tissue that is then excreted from our body.
What is important to emphasize is the fact that we still have the same number of lipocyte in our body (fatty cells) that increase their volume and attract more water as we getting fatter. Lipolytic cocktails permanently reduce their number in the body and only on those areas we treat. That is the reason why these preparations are recommended for the treatment of those regions where excessive fat deposits cannot be removed by dieting or exercise.
Which areas can be treated with lipolysis?
Hips, inner side of knee, area above the knee, the back of the loins, back area, the inside part of the arm, the chin, the stomach, under chin area.
How to prepare yourself for lipolysis?
  • Do not consume alcohol for three days because lipolytic cocktail metabolize tough on the liver
  • Do not drink acetylsalicylic acid-based medicines three days before the treatment
  • Wash immediately before intervention because the treated area must not come into contact with water for the next 12 hours
How does lipolysis treatment look like?
In treated regions that have been previously disinfected and coated, a lipolytic cocktail is introduced with HA Pen. The intervention lasts for a short time, for an average of 15 to 30 minutes, depending on the size of the treated area. It can occur redness, mild tingling or itching that lasts for an hour or a two. Three days after the treatment you should avoid physical activity, sauna, solarium, swimming pool. The appearance of bruise and the islets are normal occurrences that will last seven to ten days on average, but do not have impact on your daily activities. As lipolytic cocktails are naturally excreted from our body, the actual results are visible four weeks after the treatment or sooner.
